LS Retail

LS Retail is an integrated system; the back office and head office all use the same application. LS Retail connects it all – Point-of-Sale, Mobile, Stores, Back & Head Office into one integrated platform. This makes it possible to track individual transactions from the POS to the General Ledger, which maximizes the control over the business.
LS Retail is built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV which means that users also have access to other parts of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV application such as Finance, Sales and Marketing, Warehousing and Service.


LS Retail’s The Point of Sale system can be used with both keyboard and touch screen equipment, and offers features that make sales transactions easy to set up, manage and process for any retail business. The POS sets new standards for speed, ease-of-use and error-free processing of retail sales.

InStore Management

LS Nav includes powerful back-office functionality, both in the store and at the head office. The InStore Management functionality is also replicated at the head office, allowing decisions to be executed without delay.

Inventory Management

The Inventory Management on LS Retail provides the business with the opportunity to have an automatic replenishment process, allowing them to effectively forecast based on their historic sales as well as manual replenishment, which gives the convenience to perform allocation planning for multiple locations.

Staff Management

Through LS Retail the business can handle sales commissions as well as oversee and approve work hours throughout the enterprise. Sales commissions can be determined for single staff and for groups of people, as for the products – commission can be calculated for specific items, item groups or predefined periods. The system also allows the business to overlook and control various sophisticated POS permissions such as voiding an item, voiding a transaction, opening a drawer manually, returning items etc.
